all purpose flour
of Greek yogurt.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
With a spatula, mix in greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll them out into a disc about 1/8-1/4 inch thick.
Heat up a skillet to medium-high heat and place the rolled out dough onto the dry pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until brown spots form, flip, and heat for another 2-3 minutes until brown spots form.*
